6. 10th marksheet
7. Admission verification form (Download)
8. D.O.B (optional)
9. Aadhaar card
10. Character certificate (not older than 6 months)
11. SLC/TC
12. Migration certificate
13. Student 5 Photographs
14. Pan card (optional)
15. Category certificate
16. Medical certificates (Download)
17. IPU Registration form
18. IPU document verification slip
19. FEE payment slip (1,000+1,500+96,000)
20. Student & parent: Anti-ragging (Download)
21. Parent's Aadhaar card & pan card (both parent)
22. Parent's 2 Photographs (both parent)
23. GAP affidavit (if dropper)
24. DD / FEE PAYMENT RECIEPT for remaining fee payment

CARRY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH 2 PHOTOCOPIES OF EACH.
